Account registration uses an email address, screen name, date of birth and acceptance of the current Terms and Privacy Policy. A password is stored as a one-way protected hash. Eligibility information is used to restrict the service to UK adults.
Information created by play
We store the fictional-credit balance, recorded rounds, credit activity, saved game progress, bookmarks, atmosphere preference and player-care choices. These records let the service recover interrupted actions and apply account controls consistently.
Support and recovery
Support requests store a reference, reply address, selected topic, message, time and status. We use them to manage the request. Password-recovery links expire after one hour and are invalidated after a successful password change. Never include payment details, passwords or identity documents in messages.

Retention and your choices
