TRIP UPDATE: April 20, 2020 at 1:30 PM
Due to the Covid-19 Virus the May trip out of New York has been canceled. If you have paid for this trip and want a REFUND PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL stating that you want a REFUND. We would appreciate it if you could also include the Paypal transaction number.
IMPORTANT EMAIL DELIVERY NOTICE!
It appears that June, NetZero, Yahoo, AOL and some private email addresses are blocking our emails. Please check with your email host to find out if and why they are blocking our emails. This is the typical message that comes up :
The contact’s Internet Service Provider decided not to deliver the email. This is usually due to reputation or content (images, links, text, etc.), or a filter on the recipient’s end.
To ensure that you get our emails for confirmations and for notices, you should always add email@example.com to your contacts.
We can only hold your space for 5 business days while waiting to receive a check or money order or for a rescheduled trip! After the 5 business days have passed, we release your space(s) to the next paying participant that comes along. For rescheduled trips, which we seem to have more of these days, you have however much time we tell you when we cancel the original trip (anywhere from 1-5 days) and if we don’t hear from you, we assume you are joining us. If you don’t contact us at all, we will assume that you will be joining us. If you then miss the rescheduled trip, you would forfeit your funds.
Please remember we board in sign-up/paid first order. Pay first, Board first!

We welcome gentle and constructive criticism always. Please refrain from giving us grief if your situation doesn’t severely affect you or others. Remember a little kindness goes a long, long way.
We’ve been very fortunate in the 17 years we’ve been running pelagic trips officially as a side business, that we’ve only had 3 people blacklisted from our boats. That’s a wonderful testament to the great personalities of most birders and photographers. It’s for those that make us smile and appreciate what we do, that we continue to do this.
